Perfect Hue 001: Funeral Parlor - I Saw You Again // And I Felt Nothing c22

Exited to announce Perfect Hue's first release from Houston's textural electronics project entitled Funeral Parlor.

Originally from east texas, this project has completely stripped all equipment except a synth and tape recorder, which is almost completely different from his much more noisy discography.

"I Saw You Again" is meant to give off the warm feeling of nostalgia and does so from the minimal synth progressions along with the field recordings of a running water and even a shower.

"And I Felt Nothing" is meant to feel the emptiness of loss. Sounds from the background were in fact recorded at a wake ceremony as an outline for the rest of the song.

This is set to be released on 03/29/2015, but may be set back due to financial reasons.

I can say, this will be limited to 50 copies.

Until then, both tracks are available at: https://funeralparlor.bandcamp.com/album/i-saw-you-again-and-i-felt-nothing-c22

More soon...

Greetings

Perfect Hue is a Houston label directed to bring out upcoming and the more well known ambient, avant garde, and synth-based projects that catch my eye. This may change, but is focused to be a non-noise label. I feel there are enough labels around for that.

This will also be more of a cassette label until the foreseeable future.

I already have artists in mind that I want to release so please do not ask, but if you do have any questions or are wanting to make a purchase, please email/paypal me at sephy072004@aim,com (same address).

I hope you enjoy this as much as I plan to.
